Menus
The Head Chef and his team order and select only the finest ingredients with which
to prepare the cuisine. Fresh meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and dairy goods are
delivered daily by our suppliers.
Produce is sourced from a wide range of different suppliers, from local farmers
and regional producers, as well as the famous London markets.
The issue of ‘food miles' and supporting local businesses are of the utmost importance
to us, as is the constant monitoring of standards.
A selection of vegetarian dishes is always available and indicated with the ‘V' symbol.
DIETRY REQUIREMENTS
Coeliac Friendly: Most of our dishes, apart from the obvious, are gluten free so you can dine in confidence. As we prepare our dishes at the restaurant we can also accomodate many
different dietry needs so please ask.
